1、称重部分：称量采用四传感器模块并联方式，机械稳定性增强,提高称量精度和抗干扰能力;采用梅特勒·托利多传感器模块，确保称重四角平衡，模块式方便安装拆卸更换等；大大优化称重及维护的可靠性和方便性。

2、自动脱钩及自动夹袋松袋口机构：人工将吨袋四角挂在自动脱钩机构上，再将袋口套入中间夹袋机构，人工拨动开关,夹袋机构自动夹住袋口。当称重卸料完成,颠实动作完成(颠实动作可设置次数)，气动升降机构将满袋下降至托盘上，气缸驱动挂钩以及自动松袋口，气动升降机构上升脱离吨袋，此时设备绿灯报警提醒叉车人员过来叉取。
